Rates

• Low Season  1 October-13 December
  $950 per night - $6,650 per week

• Christmas & New Year - 14 December -7 January
  $3.000 per night - $21,000 per week

• High Season - 8 January-31 March
  $1,995 per night - $13,965 per week

• Mid Season - 1 April -30 June
  $1.195 per night - $8,365 per week

• High Season -1 July-31 August
  $1.495 per night - $10,465 per week

Rates do not include 10% service charge that is payable locally in Thai Baht on arrival.

We do not charge VAT.

All beverages, meals, spa treatments, driver, laundry service, 4WD vehicle hire (with or without driver), airport transfers, baby sitting and childcare, excursions, at extra local cost.

• Balance 60 days prior to arrival.

• Full payment for bookings made within 60 days of arrival.
